CJ Retail Services team up with Boots to transform the face of beauty

Award-winning global expert in store audits, retail display installation and brand maintenance, CJ Retail Solutions, has announced the completion of an ambitious nationwide project for Boots’ Beauty Sweet Shops.

During the project, CJ Retail Solutions was involved in the planning, installation and re-merchandising of large sections of 385 Boots stores, with the full project planning and rollout taking place over the course of
two years.

The project comes amidst fresh concerns of the threat of supermarket beauty aisles. However, Erin Jackson, health and beauty business unit director at CJ Retail Solutions, believes that the key to health and beauty retailers fighting off the competition from supermarket giants, lies in putting customers front of mind by creating engaging instore experiences. Erin said: “Competition from supermarket beauty aisles isn’t going anywhere fast, but I believe it’s a really exciting time for retailers. This presents fresh opportunities for them to really take the time to get to know their customers and make sure they’re engaging them as much as possible in store, keeping them coming back time and time again.”
